The new edition of Sport Casual Moscow was held from 3 to 5 August 2020, an international fair dedicated to footwear, accessories, sports and outdoor clothing and their best production technologies. Macpi also took part in the initiative: this is how it went.

Macpi is happy to announce the launch in Italy of the shirt ironing machine mod. 291. Long used in Europe, this innovative technology finally arrives on the Italian market to simplify the shirt ironing operations of industrial laundries and is programmable according to customer needs for a highly personalized experience.
Organized in four work stations (loading – steaming – blowing – automatic unloading), the shirt ironing machine returns perfectly finished and crease-free garments. Very simple to use, thanks to the blowing system active even during the rotation of the dummies, the technology is designed to optimize each work phase, guaranteeing an increase in productivity and a drastic reduction in downtime.

Thanks to the innovative design of the heating system the consumption of air and power are reduced, as well is equipped with differential control on rollers, electronic metering device and intuitive touch screen to set the parameters.
Equally useful is the 700.70 ultrasonic machine for the production of disposable masks and protective gowns, with this technique.

The finishing tunnel is one of the most important machines in clothing logistics. As never before, this technology makes it possible to automate the finishing of garments before they enter stores, with a production rate that in the Macpi model varies from 500 to 2,200 pieces per hour.
One of the biggest novelties of the Macpi 534 finishing tunnel is the ventilation chamber with radial system and proportional air flow over the whole garment, which limit the risk of falling from the hanger during the drying phase.
Another innovation is the vaporization chamber divided into three independent zones. A significant implementation that allows you to vaporize only in one or two areas depending on the type of garments, avoiding damaging delicate clothing and with great results in terms of energy savings.
