CONTINUOUS FUSING MACHINE 341: FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES

The continuous fusing machine 341 Macpi stands out in the Fusing market for the following characteristics:

• • Programmable belt speed from 2 to 10 mt/min and adjustable by inverter
  • Unloading belt with adjustment of belt speed by inverter (optional)
  • The manchine is adapted to be connected to the loader Mod. 985 and the unloader Mod.978
  • Touch Screen; all the functions are programmable and saved as programs. The combination of loading and unloading devices is controlled by touch screen
  • Two electronic temperature controls
  • “Machine ready” or “malfunctioning” report on touch screen
  • Belts cleaning device, two inside and two outside
  • Upper and lower parts detacher with carbon blade

The machine is designed to greatly simplify the cleaning and maintenance phases. It is also equipped with a cold belt in the loading area which, in addition to avoiding the shrinkage of the fabrics, guarantees the operator a more comfortable workstation.

The machine can be supplied in various sizes and configurations

:

• 2 or 4 electronically controlled cylinders;
• Width 1000 – 1400 – 1600 mm;
• Length 1000 – 1400 mm;
• Automatic loading and unloading that can be ordered separately;
• Steam only, electric only or electric + steam supply.
