Pressing machine with protective screen with two 180° rotating lower shapes and one upper shape with vertical descent.
Each lower shape has a protective screen with pneumatic-operated tension, adjustable tension and and a device for fabric collection.
The machine is featuring with the following characteristics and is complete with:
* upper protective screen with angular approaching and vertical descent and automatic opening at cycle end
* steam heated shapes
* vacuum lower plates both at the beginning and at the end of the working cycle, with the possibility to switch the vacuum off at the end
* upper plates with sponging, steaming, vacuum and outside vacuum (where foreseen)
* steaming lower plates
* air blowing only possibile if programmed
* safety device for machine rotation through pneumatic gate
* suction hood made by conveyable air electric fans (only for shapes without APS)
* selection of the adjustable pressing pressure
* 7” Touch Screen TC7
