The automatic unloader is featuring the following characteristics and is complete with:
* adaption to be connected to the fusing machine Mod. 341
* the pieces unloading has an horizontal and vertical movement controlled by photocells, which read the piece length or the bundle height
* the tracks movement is obtained by a combined action of pneumatic motions
* speed adjustment by motor controlled by inverter with speed programming on the fusing machine
* the tracks combination is manual/electropneumatic
* maximum height of the bundle 180mm
* 3 photocells for the piece reading and 2 for the bundle on each track
* light signals for “bundle to be unloaded”
* switches for tracks unloading
* blade with air blowing for the pieces passage from the belt to the unloader
* adjustable track unloading speed
* fast return track speed
