The automatic loading is featuring the following characteristics and is complete with:
* adaption to be connected to the fusing machine Mod. 341
* one loading section that enables the pieces arrangement on the “stopped belt” and the high speed transport (25m/min), or “in continuous” at the same speed as the fusing machine
* the continuous/discontinuous control is independent for each track
* one transport section that permits to receive the pieces from the previous section at high speed and to put them on the fusing machine at the same speed as this last one or “in continuous” at the same speed of the loading section and of the fusing machine
* knee-operated pieces transport (the function “in continuous” is excluded) with translation and delay time between the controls are pre-determined by PLC 7” programmer are pre-determined by PLC 7” programmer
* the belts speed and movement is electrically controlled by inverter and joints, with automatic adaptation to the fusing machine
* the adpoted system guarantees the absence of slidings between the combined belts
* air cushion to avoid sliding between the fabric and fusing material when they move from one belt to another
