Today we are very proud to be able to communicate that we have obtained the UNI PdR 125:2022 certification for gender equality.
Inclusiveness is a primary value for MACPI and we will strive, every day, to give equal opportunities to all our employees because talent and passion have no gender.
The Reference Practice UNI PdR 125, published on 16 March 2022, defines the guidelines to be adopted in a gender equality management system.
In order to make the actions effective, they will be analysed in KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure, and subsequently, evaluate the results.

MACPI continues to speak out against discrimination of all kinds. It is therefore committed to acting in favour of gender equality, equality and inclusiveness.
Certification is not a point of arrival, on the contrary, it spurs us on and encourages us to get better and better, we are committed to do all we can and to get even better in the near future.
