The pressing and drying of wet garments is carried out by pressing with hot plates and blowing of overheated air.
The automatic unit is equipped with 4 dummies installed on a rotating board, with a loading station and an automatic unloading station.
The automatic unit has the following 4 working stations:
a. loading station with vacuum
b. garment pressing station with polished plates and expanders for the inflation on the sides, separately for a short or long garment
c. body and sleeve drying station with hot air
d. automatic station for the garments unloading from the unit to the conveyor
The automatic station is featuring the following characteristics and is complete with:
* steam heating of the pressing plate and of the heat exchanger (max. 12 bar)
* kneepad for: vacuum starting, dummies rise and descent, rotation reservation

* double security barrier for rotation and pressing
